Our aim as psychologists is to provide a supportive environment for children, teenagers and adults alike. Our assessment process includes:
1. A 1-hour intake appointment where we will get background information and discuss what assessments and questionnaires will be completed in subsequent appointments
2. 1- hour assessment sessions, where we will conduct the assessments. For ADHD assessments there will be 1 assessment session required. For Autism assessments there will be 2 assessment sessions required
3. A 1-hour feedback session, generally between 4-6 weeks after the assessment sessions are conducted we will have a final session to discuss the findings of the assessments and discuss any recommendations made in the report
Neurodivergent children, teenagers and adults face a range of struggles and difficulties across their development. Our therapeutic approach aims to develop an understanding and supportive environment in addition to ensuring children are able to develop skills in advocacy, emotional regulation and communication.
